I watch this with my children everyday. I have a set of twins and a 8 year old even tho they are babies and dont understand yet Im planting the seed in them early of knowing their history. Even with me I learned if you want to learn things you have to go to learn like a child little by little and this DVD had taught me a lot of things also. I know parents that teach their children about their African History but you can only teach them so much this DVD covers a lot and I would recommend this DVD to anyone.
